A Day in Sam's Life

Sam starts/begins/wakes up his day at six thirty. He quickly/briskly/slowly gets dressed and makes/eats/prepares a quick breakfast. After breakfast, Sam heads/goes/rushes to work. His job is working as a programmer, which he enjoys/finds challenging.

During his break, Sam listens to music. When his workday wraps up, he goes to the gym/plays basketball/watches TV for a while. In the evening, Sam prepares a meal and watches movies with his family or friends. Before bed, he gets ready for sleep. Finally, Sam turns in for the night at around ten/eleven.

Unraveling Sam

Sam Learns a Lesson

Sam was/had been/went a pretty careless/reckless/thoughtless kid. He often ignored/disregarded/failed to listen his/her/their parents' advice/instructions/warnings. One day, Sam decided/chose/wanted to climb/scale/go up the tallest/biggest/highest tree in the yard/garden/park. He didn't/couldn't/wasn't able to see/realize/understand the danger/risk/peril he was in. As he reached/got to/climbed up to the top, the branch/limb/twig broke/snapped/fell. Sam plummeted/fell/crashed to the ground with a loud/sharp/painful thud/sound/crash.

• Luckily, Sam wasn't/didn't get/sustained any serious/major/critical injuries.
• But, he learned a valuable lesson/teaching/truth: always listen/heed/pay attention to guidance/advice/warnings from trusted/reliable/responsible people.

From/After/That day on, Sam became much more cautious/careful/thoughtful. He understood/realized/learned the importance/value/significance of being safe/secure/protected.

His New Friend

Sam was having a little sad. He wished to have a new buddy to play with. One more info day, while he was exploring in the park, he noticed something unusual. It was a little creature with colorful scales. Sam slowly walked over to the creature and spoke, "Hello! What's your name?" The creature grinned and told Sam, "My name is Lily!" And so, Sam made a new friend. They spent the rest of the day laughing together.

Sam was so happy to have found a new friend. He knew that he and Lily would be great pals forever.
